PARD#1 Events Building is available for rent to the public. Our Events Building offers the perfect location and size for baby showers, parties, wedding receptions, and various other social events.
Amenities include full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, 2 ovens, ice machine, tables and chairs. All events need to be fully booked by 2 weeks (business days only) before the event. Deposit and Rental Fee need to be paid by those 2 weeks. APPOINTMENTS are required to see the facility and to complete the rental agreement. Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
